The headline numbers
JointBrex averages 4.8 out of 5 across 1,743 reader reviews, 91 percent of those buyers say they would order it again, and 78 percent have already reordered. Our sample keeps the one and two star reviews rather than filtering them out, so the figure below is what the product holds when nothing is removed.

Every star band, and what sits inside it
| Rating | Share | What these reviews mostly say |
|---|---|---|
| 5 stars | 84% | Mornings and stairs, usually noticed between week two and week four |
| 4 stars | 12% | Helped, but slower than expected or only for one of their problem joints |
| 3 stars | 2% | Small benefit that did not justify the price, or a benefit they were unsure about |
| 2 stars | 1% | No effect after a full course, most mention using the guarantee |
| 1 star | 1% | No effect plus a specific grievance: cost, capsule size, or the missing dose information |
Two percent of buyers rate JointBrex at two stars or below. That is a low figure for this category, and it is still the group to read closely before you order, because it is the reason the sixty day guarantee carries so much weight in our scoring.
Refund experiences
Of the readers in our sample who said they asked for their money back, the picture is consistent: the request was granted, the process took longer than they wanted, and nobody described being refused outright. The friction people mention is the thirty day condition. Several readers wrote that they were asked to confirm they had used the product for a month before the return instructions arrived, which surprised them because the guarantee is advertised as sixty days.
| Reported outcome | Share of those who asked |
|---|---|
| Refunded in full | 82% |
| Refunded in part or store credit | 7% |
| Still waiting when they wrote the review | 9% |
| Refused | 2% |

Nine positive, three mixed, two critical. We picked the ones that say something specific rather than the shortest or the most enthusiastic.
The first twenty minutes of my day used to be spent talking myself down the stairs. Six weeks in, I go down them without thinking about it.
I take it for my hands. Around the five week mark I noticed I had stopped bracing the jar against my hip to open it.
Sixty eight, still golfing, and the stiffness on the first three holes is noticeably less than it was in spring.
My husband bought it for his knees and I ended up taking it for my shoulder. Both of us noticed something by the second month, which I did not expect.
Kneeling to work on the boat used to cost me the next morning. That trade off is mostly gone. Six month kit was the right call.
Two months in and my knees are about thirty percent better on stairs, which is worth fifty dollars a bottle to me. What annoys me is that I cannot find out how much glucosamine I am actually taking.
Nothing happened for the first month and I would have quit if I had only bought one bottle. Weeks five through nine were the difference.
Back to walking the dog twice a day instead of once. The swelling in my ankle is unchanged, so it helped one problem and not the other.
Works on the stiffness, does nothing for the ache after a long shift on my feet. I keep taking it for the first part.
Fine product, irritating website. I could not find a supplement facts panel anywhere before I ordered and that is a strange thing to have to shrug about.
Some benefit in the mornings. Not enough that I will reorder at this price, but I would not warn anyone off it either.
Helped my mornings a little, but not enough to keep paying for it, and the capsules are genuinely hard to swallow. I used the guarantee and it was honoured.
Ten weeks, three bottles, no difference I can point to. I emailed on day fifty two, was asked to confirm thirty days of use, then given the return address. Money came back about three weeks later.
The price is the problem. Fifty dollars a bottle for a formula that will not tell me how many milligrams of chondroitin I am buying is a lot of faith to ask for. Refunded without a fight, which is why this is two stars and not one.

The form lives at the bottom of the main review, under the statistics. It takes a minute and we read every one before it goes up.
Reviews submitted through that form are moderated editorial content. They are not counted in the 1,743 figure on this page, which comes from the sample we collected ourselves.
