The principle
This is a static site that publishes reviews. It has no accounts, no logins, no shopping cart and no reason to build a profile of you. We collect as little as a website can reasonably collect and we do not sell anything about you to anyone.
The review form
The review form on our main page runs entirely in your browser. When you press send, a script checks the fields and shows you a confirmation message. Nothing is transmitted to a server by that form, which means that until we build the moderation queue that will receive them, a submitted review exists only on your own screen. We would rather tell you that plainly than imply a pipeline we have not built. If you want to be certain your experience reaches us, email [email protected] instead.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps ordinary web server logs: the address that requested a page, the page requested, the time, the browser string and the referring page. These are used to keep the site running and to spot abuse. We do not attempt to identify individuals from them.
Cookies and measurement
We do not set advertising cookies and we do not run behavioural ad networks. Our own scripts use session storage in your browser for one thing only: remembering that you closed the price bar, so it stays closed while you are reading. That value never leaves your device and disappears when you close the tab.
Sellers we link to run their own tracking, usually a click identifier in the link, so they can credit the sale to us. That happens on their side under their policy, and you should read it if it matters to you.
If you email us, we keep the message so we can reply and so we have a record of corrections that were raised. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list, because we do not have one.
Children
This site is written for adults making purchasing decisions about dietary supplements and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Your requests
Residents of states and countries with data protection statutes have the right to ask what we hold, to ask for a copy, and to ask us to delete it. Given the above, the honest answer is usually "your email, if you sent one". Write to [email protected] and we will answer within thirty days.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described in a line at the bottom of this page rather than quietly swapped in.
