Ingredients and doses: the manufacturer names six ingredients and publishes no milligram amounts for any of them, no standardisation percentages and no readable supplement facts panel. That single gap is the only thing keeping our score below five, and it puts label transparency at 4.6 out of 5 while every other criterion sits at 4.6 or above. We do not estimate the missing numbers. Safety: JointBrex contains crustacean derived ingredients, so anyone with a shellfish allergy should avoid it or speak to a clinician first. The maker also advises caution for people who are pregnant, nursing, under 18 or taking medication for arthritis, diabetes or blood pressure. Bromelain and turmeric have documented interactions with blood thinning medication. Is it legit: yes as a product and a transaction, with a refund policy readers say was honoured. The one criticism we do make is that the official sales page carries material written for other products, including five bonus guides about nerve and neuropathy topics, a testimonial about dizziness and vertigo, and a scientific reference list about gut bacteria, green tea and blood sugar. That is a reason to ignore the marketing and judge the capsule, not evidence of fraud.
